This film hypothesizes that someday in the future, Great Britain will be racked by a great civil war with its ancillary countries that are under the regime's thumb and that females will be recruited into special units to fight the war. The film examines the women who are combatants in one of these units. However, the film concentrates mostly on the emotional under-pinnings of these women rather than any war experiences.
